Good luck to Paul, Kenny, Donald, Micheal and Scott tonight at the Sunday Mail Sportscotland Scottish Sports Awards 2011 where we are nominated in the Local Club of the Year category. We are up against Newarthill Amateur Boxing and Fitness Club and Stirling Triathlon Club, but whoever wins will be a worthy winner and to just be at this final stage, out of thousands of nominees is an incredible achievement for a humble wee island shinty club and a testament to all your hardwork, on and off the park.
The show, which is happening at the Thistle Hotel, will be broadcast on Sunday night. There will hopefully be no singing involved
