Saturday’s youth festival was an unbridled success. Upwards of twenty juniors attending a mix of indoor & outdoor activities before each receiving a certificate from club manager Duncan MacIntyre. Well done to all of you!

A big thank you to everyone who attended & helped organize the big day, including John who was a stalwart referee and to Jo and everyone who organised the food and drink in the kitchen. Fantastic to see the local community supporting the club & over £200 was raised for the MFV LOUISA Crew family fund as well.

We are always looking to have more juniors getting involved in shinty so please feel free to shoot us a message if you want to know more!

Sadly, the first team couldn’t notch up a first victory of the season in a disappointing 5-0 defeat to Kilmallie.

The next home game is against Caberfeidh on 21st May

The following week is the home game against Inverness as well as trip away for the juniors and a mixed side to the Far North Sixes in Scourie.

The 4th of June sees Glengarry visit as well as the club hosting the WCA Development League. Details to follow. The club may also send a youth side to Strathpeffer for the Ross-shire Sixes.
