Come along to Battery Park for our third game of the season and our first ever game against Lochcarron Firsts. Throwup is at 1pm and the referee is John Sloggie.
There are many connections between the communities of Lewis and Lochcarron and the Wester Ross club were big supporters of us joining the league.
It is with sadness that we note that they have had to reduce to a one team club and as such this will be the first time we have played their First team, although we have played their second team several times and many of the second team from the last few years will be in the new look side. It should be a challenging match for our players and if you are in the area please come and support us.
We first encountered Lochcarron in the Strathdearn Cup in 2008 and they attended the inaugural Craig Morrison Sixes in 2010.
