With five teams all from within the club (Lewis A, Lewis B, Harris, The Veterans and The Women’s Team (feat. John MacAskill)) – give or take a couple of guests with close ties to the club – it was the busiest Craig Morrison Stornoway Sixes for many years.

It was a top tournament as well with everyone having fun. The women’s team belied their lack of competitive action with an admirable performance. Harris went down to Lewis A in the third/fourth place playoff and although it was the Vets who went through the league undefeated, Dylan Murray scored his fourth goal of the day in the final to make it a win for Lewis B.

Dylan was top scorer and also adjudged player of the tournament at the Awards night.

Craig’s mum Kareen and sister Abbie were there to hand over the shield and thank the club for continuing to honour the memory of Craig still.
