We got our 2018 season under way finally with a 3-0 defeat away to Lochcarron at Battery Park.
Liam Arnott scored on 8 minutes, but it was held at 1-0 until the 74th minute when Michael MacKinnon scored and then Lance McCuish with five minutes left.
There were debuts for Rab Macaskill and Crisdean MacRae as well as James MacRae returning for his second stint at the club, and Seumas Charity for his third stint with the Dubh is Gorm. Overall it was game which showed promise for the season to come.
We face Boleskine away this Saturday at Smith Park, Inverarnie – throw-up at 1.30pm.
