Again we failed to convert a barrel load of pressure into the only currency that counts in shinty, solid goals, against the Broom. Going in at halftime level at 0-0, it was therefore disappointing to lose a couple of goals in the second half, even though these two goals came from Neil ‘Wee Darkie’ Fraser, who has switched from Premiership Kinlochshiel to the Broom. Well done to all who played and pulled together when it looked like we would have fielded an inexperienced squad – sadly there were a few injuries sustained in the battle to get a result but there is still plenty of shinty to be played this season so let’s get the points that will lift us up from the bottom places.

This Saturday – Lochcarron – Usual Time – Usual Place – Let’s make sure we don’t have the usual result.
