Lewis won their first senior point in Cannich back in 2011 but suffered a heavy reverse in Shawbost. In 2012, Lewis also gained a point but team raising difficulties meant that na Glaisich failed to travel to the Hebrides

Congratulations to our very own Ally Lamont who was part of the winning Edinburgh University team at Wednesday’s Littlejohn Vase University Tournament. Ally scored on the way to the final as well and hopefully will feature more in the first team this year alongside his brothers, Donald and Innes. Although certanly not the first Leòdhasach to lift the trophy, Ally is the first Camanachd Leòdhais player to win the trophy. In his first season of Uni Shinty, he’s already gone one better than his brother Donald and the big Gaelic Teacher! Meal do naidheachd Ally!
