Stornoway Sixes Results

July 4th, 2010 No comments

As Seany Gob would say; “EPIC BANTORRRRR” was had by all at Stornoway Primary School on Saturday 3 July.

6 Teams competed.

Lewis A, Lewis B, Skye A, Skye B, Lochcarron and Stromeferry (No Ferry) United.

Skye A and Lochcarron finished top of the round robin and Skye beat Lochcarron 2-0 in the final.

Our own Scott Murray was named Player of the Tournament and received rave reviews from all the opposition players.

Thank you so much to Graham Morrison and the Morrison family for coming and presenting the Craig Morrison Memorial Shield.  Craig’s memory will live on as the tournament goes from strength to strength.

Click on the link at the bottom to read STV’s coverage of the tournament.

The raffle raised 155 quid! Thanks to all who donated prizes!
